UPDATE: We will have to wait and see what the changes may be as my source told me that the Penny item will now be on the day of YOUR ad start date…so my penny item day will be Thursday!
Brandy over at I Prefer Publix emailed to let me know that Publix is changing the penny item redemption day to Wednesday starting 2010. I personally am THRILLED about this and it makes more sense! They will be able to pull more people in on a the slowest shopping day and they will not have to print multiple ads!!
I had heard rumors of a change in the penny item and if this is the big change then I am super happy!
