With Rite Aid you have to submit your rebates either online(rec. rebate in 2-3weeks) or by mail (rec. rebate in 4-6 weeks). So after my rebates I will have paid $4.52 for all this stuff! I could have done another Kotex deal b/c I had another $1 coupon, but there is a limit of 1 rebate per household. Bummer! I will definitely try to get some more steals again! This was fun!!! :-)

My first Ingles Run

Ingles had some of their Rayovac Batteries on sale 5 for $5 and there is a $1 printable coupon out there.
2 Rayovac AA Batteries at $1- 2 $1 coupons= FREE
2 Rayovac AAA Batteries at $2.18- 2 $1 coupons= $2.36
1 Ingles 9V Battery $.97
Total OOP: $3.77
Saved $8.50
I had to buy the 2 packs at $2.18 b/c they were all sold out of the $1 ones and we needed that size. So, it worked out ok! I think I may pay attention more to Ingles ads in the future!

CVS Goodies today

I did add a few unexpected items to the cart, but hey I got some good deals! Ok, well everything but the Ivory was an unplanned buy! Heee hee! :-)

Target Freebies and Great Steals!!

I have always tried to follow the rule of couponers: Pick your cashier wisely!! It worked for me quite nicely this time. My young male cashier had to push through many of my coupons that resulted in me getting trial size products for free! I guess Target doesn't take coupons that make trial size products free even though my coupons said ANY size product and did not say that they excluded trial size products. Anyways, here is what I got at Target today even admist the Christmas return and sale shopping crowds.
1 New wallet $9.99 ( I think I will have to return it b/c I don't think it will work for what I need)
2 All 2X trial size detergent $1.02 ea -$2 coupon= $.04
1 Tide one load detergent $.97- $1 off any size Tide= FREE($.03 MM)
1 Twixels Holiday Candy Christmas clearance $2.12(just b/c they looked good to try)
