Grocery List Services both FREE and FEE

Please visit Southern Savers website to put together your weekly ads list of sales and coupons. She has great match ups.  But if you don't mind waiting until Sunday to put together your list you can visit couponmom.com. As she waits to put her list up until she can verify sales and find any unadvertised deals. There are also a few services that do all the work for you but you have to pay. I am thinking I may do one of those as soon as a few more debts are paid off, just to make finding the deals as easy as possible!
